To tackle this challenge, Quality Hotel Globe implemented Oaky to make upselling consistent, profitable, and fun for their team ✨ Here’s what they achieved in just a few months of using Oaky 👇 🎯 Objective: Establish a consistent and structured upselling process ✅ Result: Thanks to Oaky, Linus initiated a shift in the team’s approach to sales at check-in. The team no longer has to check multiple systems to offer an upgrade or service, as upsell recommendations come directly from Oaky. Had a great chat with the guys from Hotstats the other day about how we use KPIs in hotel financial control and the benefits of platforms like Hotstats to gauge whether the hotel is on the right track. They asked me what I considered to be an undervalued KPI and I was stuck between No. Arrivals and EFTEs. The former allows you to calculate your length of stay which in turn allows you to control linen and housekeeping costs better as well as planning your F&B offering to ensure guests don't get tired of the food and go offsite. The later tells you a lot about how productive you are being. What would you say was an undervalued KPI which helps your business?
