A big question that I'm getting right now from a lot of perspective members as we move into the new year is about appointment status and what our carrier partners are doing with new appointments. And what I can tell you is that areas are still open for business. They're looking to grow right now, but they're looking for partners that are invested in them. They're targeting the right things that that carrier wants to write. They're participating in the programs that carrier has to offer and they're participating with underwriters and their their local representatives to learn the product. And educate themselves. Gone are the days of just being able to get a code. You're really going to have to dig into that relationship, develop it, and grow deeper with them.
