Stress management has become just as important as program, change and risk management. If we don't reduce stress in ourselves in healthy ways then we'll eventually distribute it to others in unhealthy ways. I created a strategy that works for me called T.E.D.S. Thankfulness, Exercise, Dance and Serve. 1.) Think about the things you're most thankful for (write them down). 2.) Go to the gym, interact with others and set personal goals 3) Listen to your favorite songs and dance even if you're not good at it. Have your own personal Karaoke night :-) 4) Get your mind off your problems and onto helping others. Volunteer and give back to causes that matter most to you. #leadership #dirtmover
