It takes people to enact change. It takes leadership. We are reaching our sustainability goals by working together to set an example for all those around us. Our new changes required leadership and understanding from everyone who works at Trend. We are proud of the team and their achievements towards our net zero goals. We have implemented: ♻️ Efficiencies within the despatch operation include pallet consolidation which is running at about 10% and new packing workstations which ensure parcels are packed efficiently and quickly. ♻️ Staff have had additional training to prevent overpacking and to reduce waste. ♻️ They have also been trained about the impact of waste on the environment. #Environment #Sustainability #Eco #Training #leadership
