By creating a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, you can post a message in this group about stock availability upon receiving, which Marg ERP will automatically post. You can ask all your retailers to join the group, and there will be no expense involved. As soon as your zero stock is replenished, your retailers will receive information about it. This appears to be a very concise solution, yet it tackles a significant industry challenge. However, it is limited to Marg Erp Distributors only.

Having dead stock has always been an accepted part of being a wholesale distributor. It just comes with the territory. Five years ago, we would have agreed with you. But now? Dead stock isn’t something that you have to accept. Your ERP system is relying on forecasts to try to manage your parts. That doesn’t work. How can you forecast parts that sell 2-3 times per year? Your ERP does an OK job, at best, at managing your high-level SKUs, and it completely misses the boat on your slow-moving items.
