How to make this immune boosting Masala Chai 🫖 You will need: 5 green cardamom pods 2 whole cloves 2 star anise 3 peppercorns (optional) 600ml water 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 cinnamon stick, lightly crushed 2 unbleached English breakfast tea bags or 1 tbsp loose leaf tea 600ml milk of your choice 2 tsp Flow Brew Protect 3 tsp (or more to taste) raw honey or agave 1. Add the cardamom pods, cloves, star anise, peppercorns, ground ginger, cinnamon and water to a saucepan and simmer on a meduim-low heat for 5-10 minutes. 2. Remove from the heat and stir through the teabags too steep for 5 minutes. 3. Pour in the milk and simmer again until boiling then remove from the heat and strain into a jug with a fine mesh sieve. 4. Stir through your Flow Brew Mushroom Powder and add sweetener to taste. 5. Tea 🍵 Made my own brew. Blending natural ingredients to boost and support your health in autumn and winter is a good idea. Had so much fun putting this together. Ingredients 👇 🌲 Fresh lemon 🍋 🌲 Apple 🍏 🌲Cloves 🌲 Nutmeg 🌲 All Spice 🌲 Turmeric Method Boil kettle, grab a saucepan and pour the water in put in the cooker at a medium heat. Slice 🍋 lemon and apple put in the pan then add a few cloves , a pinch of nutmeg, all spice, turmeric. Let simmer for a few minutes then turn heat down low , grab your preferred teapot or cup and transfer the tea. Drink and enjoy. 🍋 Lemon is good for your immune system high in Vit C and balances your body's P.H levels. Apples support the brain 🧠 good for your neurons as well as electrons. Cloves have antibacterial properties. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory. In honor of National Kidney month, we wanted to share some of our favorite tips to stay hydrated as we approach the warmer weather seasons (plus it's good for your kidneys too): 1. Carry a water bottle everywhere - don't leave home without it! 2. Flavor water with fruits or herbs - we love strawberry/kiwi and pineapple/orange/lemon! 3. Drink before you feel thirsty - sip all day instead of drinking a whole glass when you're thirsty! 4.
