During a sales demo, the prospect asks me outta nowhere: “What’s your working relation like with the owner(s) of the company.” Me: “Why do you ask?” Him: “Cz typically what I have seen with software companies is better the culture and employee-founder relationship, better the product and customer service”. This got me a little too curious! On looking up: Companies rated reasonably well on Glassdoor do seem to be rated well on G2 & Capterra compared to their competitors. Coincidence? 🚀 **Yesterday was big.** 🚀 Team Vivun launched "It Takes Two" - a campaign aimed at bridging the gap between sales and product teams in B2B tech companies. I've been on the vendor side of tech for almost a decade and have consistently seen the friction between sales teams and product teams. Together, we accomplished so much: ✨ Welcoming 515 new GTM team members through our onboarding program since February, and introduced new automation tools to elevate the onboardee experience. ✨ Launching our Partner Sales Certification Program alongside the new Partner Program, certifying over 3,000 partner reps and driving stronger collaboration. ✨ Evaluating, implementing, and training on two new GTM success tools—Clari and Govspend —to equip sellers with a tech stack that optimizes efforts and drives efficiency. ✨ Completing a sales-wide MEDDPICC recertification, refining our qualification framework and nomenclature to uplevel how we execute and communicate. ✨ Expanding the Sales Enablement team to support our growing organization and lay the groundwork for even more impactful programs.
