Onboarding Clients without setting proper expectations This is one of the major problems I am currently facing. Two of my clients are undermining the work we are doing By claiming the results they received are insufficient. Now, if you ask me whether I set expectations upfront, I'll say yes, I did. But this still happens, and it will continue unless we take a stand and explain to them what the graph is going to look like. Trust me, it is hard to hear your clients say these results aren't good enough. The fact is, you're the expert here it's your duty to communicate and correct the expectations without letting it get on your nerves. ^^ p.s how do you solve this issue?
