One way to support change management in child welfare is by using implementation science—the study and practice of implementing evidence- and research-based strategies. These approaches can improve child and family safety, permanency, and well-being. #WorkDevMonth

Getting the outcomes we care about requires a focus on HOW we support change. In fact, without doing so, ANY evidence- based strategy by itself will get minimal, short term improvements, at best. Plus we know what about the process of change to invest in! So be strategic in how you support change!
