Canada is sliding in the G7 group of nations now to 7th place - at this rate, Canada will cease to be a G7 nation. More of the same broken policies will not correct this from this "undemocratically appointed Coalition Federal government." Before Trudeau, we got more investment from the US than they took from us. Since Trudeau, nearly a half-trillion dollars of our money has poured south to create jobs for American workers. Increasing the Capital Gains Tax will exacerbate net outflows of investment capital even more than this chart shows. It's almost like this Federal government is trying to destroy our country economically?? Canadians need to demand a new Federal Government ASAP and we need to vote!

Is the UK about to encounter the issues we struggle with here in NZ: no sense of an economic and national identity? The nation state is fraying everwhere which might suit individuals and sector interest groups but is no good for us as a people or a country - or an economy.
