What contribution does laser cutting make in the processing of foils? 💡 Protective film, design foils, plastic films and dashboards can be manufactured contactlessly, quickly and with high quality. The digital laser cut allows the foil edges to be melted in a controlled manner – even with printing. This prevents broken prints or unclean cuts in the case of small radii or corners. Good material utilization through tight nesting, simple operation and clean production are just the main advantages of laser cutting large-format foils. In this way, the production of small batches can also be profitable. 🚀 #trotelaser #settingnewstandards #lasercutting #largeformat #technicalfilm #printedfoil #automotive

Diamond stylus after being used for a period of time, the stylus tip and cutting edge will have different degrees of wear due to the actual operation condition, in addition to normal mechanical wear, it may also cause damage to the stylus tip and cutting edge for other reasons, which will have different levels of impact on the cell shape quality and printing color, such as: Touching the diamond with your fingers and touching the hard block , impurities or pores in the copper cylinder when engraving may cause the stylus tip to break or the cutting edge to appear. wendy@eyubo.com 0086-18500405196

Hangar6 recently purchased a brand-new silicon resin for our SLA 3D printer. This resin was newly released this year and for the first time allows for the printing of soft silicon parts. Below is a picture of some recent prints we did for a client. Silicon is great for use cases where you need sealing (e.g. gaskets), friction (e.g. grips, stabilizing feet), or softness (e.g. contact with skin or irregular surfaces). What are your thoughts? #hangar6 #design #prototyping

A Wonderful Result of [Metal Printing + Electroplating] 🐉 The two dragons are designed to be interlocking structures that are printed in one go without subsequent assembly. Specific process: SLM - Aluminum AlSi10Mg + Sand Blasted + Electroplated (gold color & silver color) The precision and quality of metal 3D printed dragons are truly remarkable. We can clearly see the detailed features on their heads, including their facial features and horns. And because they are articulated, you can put them in all kinds of dynamic poses to make them look even more majestic. We post-processed these two 3D printed dragons using electroplating to achieve stunning gold and silver finishes. Electroplating not only prevents oxidation (like rust), but also enhances wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity, and corrosion resistance. #3Dprinting

ePLA-Matte Dual has a unique two-color design, showing a sense of color layering, making the model textured and clear. Its delicate surface and no obvious layer pattern provide a high-level touch and visual quality for the printed parts. In addition, the support structure of ePLA-Matte can be removed easily from the surface and leave a smooth and flat surface. It has high strength, and the filament is not easy to break, ensure the continuity and stability of long-term printing without nozzle clogging. These characteristics make ePLA-Matte Dual very suitable for the verification of early concept models and making rapid prototypes. The durability of the prints also depends on the quality of the ink. High-quality DTF ink is resistant to fading, scratching, and other forms of damage, ensuring that the printed works can last for a long time without significant deterioration. This is crucial for applications where long-term quality and appearance are important. In addition, quality ink has better adhesion properties. It adheres firmly to the substrate, preventing peeling or flaking, which is vital for the integrity of the printed image. # Sublimation #DTF #PrintingTextile #printing #textile #clothese #DTFfilm

This is surprising: a double-layer 3DCP (3D Concrete Printed) sphere is incredibly strong! Even when dropped or hit from a height of 1 meter, it remains intact. Each layer is 30mm thick, making the total thickness 60mm. What’s interesting is that a single 60mm layer likely wouldn’t withstand the same impact. This suggests that the dual-layer structure absorbs stress more effectively, enhancing ductility. (not durability;)) Could this be the future of 3D concrete printing? Should we start designing everything with multiple layers to maximize strength? Excited to hear your thoughts! #3DPrinting #concrete #3dcp

This is probably one of the smallest things we’ve made in size, but definitely not in quantity. For ITV’s forth coming ‘Genius Game’, fronted by David Tennant, we made the game garnets, a 3D printed gold ‘G’ cast in clear resin. All done through our Robocarv’s army of 3D printers and casting facility. Check out our latest video about 3 layer translucent films!
Wondering why your translucent films are looking washed out at night? It is likely due to the printing process. At Payler, we use a three layer method (Color, White, Color) to ensure consistent colors from day to night. Check out the video below to see the differences between our method of printing vs the standard two layer (Color, White).
