Rudolph leads the charge into the night sky, keeping a steady pace to ensure Santa and the team hit every destination on Christmas night. After the last delivery, Rudolph guides the sleigh back to the North Pole, where he is greeted by the elves and Mrs. Claus. On this penultimate day of '12 Stress-less Days to Christmas' there's a focus on the outdoors. It's about fresh air, and time out. It's about a few deep breaths and centring ourselves. It's about being present in our surroundings. It's easier to do this as a matter of routine if you have a dog or go for regular walks. Here are a few ideas if you don't have a dog! 🌱 Have a wander around the garden; I've seen some new shoots already emerging from the soil. What do you notice? 😊 Go for a walk around the block; smile and say hello or share Christmas greetings with people you pass on the way 😑 👂 Open the window, pop your head outside and taking a few deep breaths. Also close your eyes and listen. Take note of what you hear. What about smells? What will you do?
