I’ve just wrapped up a deep dive into customer segmentation and product performance for a B2B marketplace as part of my IEP (Individual Explorations Project) in the RevoU NEXT Full Stack Data Analytics course. The findings have been incredibly insightful! We identified three main customer segments: 1. Loyal Customers: These folks are consistently engaged and form the core of our revenue. 2. At-Risk Customers: They were active but are now showing signs of drifting away—perfect candidates for targeted offers to bring them back. 3. Inactive Customers: These customers have fallen off but could be re-engaged with the right incentives. Our analysis also revealed that Essentials are the top-performing products across all customer groups. This insight is guiding us to focus on promoting high-performing items like frozen meats and cooking packages while creating tailored bundles that align with each segment’s preferences. Key Strategies Moving Forward: - Highlight essentials in our promotions to connect with all customer segments. - Use personalized offers and outreach to keep our loyal customers happy and win back those who might be slipping away. - Create strategic product bundles to increase value and boost overall sales.
