Throughout March, VCU Business has shared findings from the community impact survey, "Richmonders’ Response to COVID-19: Survey and Report," conducted by RVA Views, a marketing research collective associated with VCU Business and the Customer Experience Lab. With over 800 residents who responded to the survey, we turned to our social media community to get their added take on public health, education, economic conditions and community cohesion – here's what we found from our survey respondents: - 49% of survey respondents said mental well-being has gained greater significance since the pandemic - 48% of respondents believe that AI should be integrated at the high school or college level - In the past 2 years, 69% of respondents mentioned having increased their charitable donations or support for local businesses See the full report and go behind the scenes with VCU Business’ Dr. Jodie Ferguson and Dr. Mayoor Mohan, marketing professors and executive directors of RVA Views, and the researchers behind the community project, for their findings and implications for Richmond’s future.
