Happy Holidays. Another incredible year in every sense of the word. I have experienced some of the highest of highs and lowest of lows this year. Professionally, Thank God has been an amazing year. Selling multiple containers, Private Labeling for multiple customers, Private labeling my own American Made Nitrile Gloves, partnering up with an Anti-Counterfeit, Tamperproof and gps tracking technology company and so much more. 2025 is going to be a wild year, professionally. Disposable glove prices have already gone way up for production, and they will continue to rise due to the tariffs, lack of production lines, raw material prices, scarcity of product, Chinese New Year, potential dock strike and other unforeseen reasons. I believe that the United States will make it difficult to import nitrile gloves. We have a few good sources for American Made nitrile gloves at excellent prices. Hi All, quick Industry update. Hurry up and order, gloves are becoming scarce again. I have gotten warnings from multiple import manufacturers that Disposable Glove prices have gone up and will continue to go up. The raw material has gone up tremendously since January, shipping costs are insane and only getting worse. I got a $12k quote yesterday shipping a 20ft container to Miami. Guess what. There is no US stock pile. Product has either expired, been destroyed or used. Our American Made gloves are priced lower than imported gloves. So, I am hearing from a lot of distributors and manufacturers about their plans for supplying their customers, eventhough disposable gloves are becoming scarce again, extra long lead times, rising container costs, pending Maritime time, tariffs etc. The manufacturers answer: "well, we will just bring in more product" More product. Ok, more outlay of money, more warehouse fees, more QC My suggestion is to look into American Made Nitrile gloves. We can drop ship, so you do not need to bring in more product. Buy as needed. Upon receiving detailed information, including the lot number and the customer who had the issue, I determined these gloves were shipped to the client in June 2022. Since then the client had ordered the exact same product, in the exact same size multiple times. What this tells us about the importance of rotating stock: 📦Shelf Life: Nitrile gloves have a shelf life. Over time, they will degrade. Regular rotation ensures you are using the oldest product first, avoiding having expired product in circulation. 💲 Cost Efficiency: Using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method helps avoid having product expire on your shelf, resulting in waste. 🛡Compliance: Using expired product can compromise safety standards. Rotating your stock guarantees you stay compliant with regulations, and minimizes the risk of compromised hand protection.
