Happy World Press Freedom Day. For this final episode, we'll be discussing the proliferation of social media and how that impacted press freedom with the Managing Director of Wyatt. It's a pleasant life with social media and so on. Isn't really built for the the common man, so to speak, the common user. We are more part of the product by anything else through social media now. Things happen a lot faster than before. Go back maybe two or three decades and people have to wait till the next day to find out the score in a football match. I know you're you're being updated throughout the the actual event where people there on their phones and et cetera. So we aren't really first anymore. We are more verifiers of news. Yes, basically all rules are only social media age. Somebody St. gets it wrong, you know it's almost expected, but if we get it wrong, it's a big dent in terms of trust with readers. Sometimes some people may play loose and fast with the facts to make a story. See more interesting or situation can I think The reality is I know that I wouldn't be in this space for a long time. It doesn't make sense to sacrifice my readers faith for next week or next month or next year just to have a story to better today.
