What is the main threat to food safety? Poisonous pesticides, antibiotics and steroids residues in food are the the biggest threat to food safety for human beings. However these chemical residues in food are helpful for profit maximisation of pharmaceutical industries. How to reduce these food pollution? 1. Prescription from registered agricultural practitioners should be made mandatory for selling of pesticides to the farmers. 2. Licence should be made mandatory for the farmers to handle poisonous pesticides. 3. Pesticides manufacturing companies should be made liable to pay compensation for pesticides related diseases or death. 4. Food products labels should contain the names of the pesticides used and it's harmful effects on human body. 5. Pesticides labels should include its harmful effects on human body and the name of the antidotes. 6. Complete avoidance of pesticide in agriculture is the best option for food safety. However, this requires transition from monoculture (anti-biodiversity agriculture) to polyculture (biodiversity-based agriculture).

Leadership Competencies in the Digital Age of Change and in the Era of Cutting-edge Technologies: The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has dramatically reshaped the business landscape. As a result, the qualities needed for effective leadership have also evolved. I am honored to participate in the 2024 United Nations (UN) Summit of the Future.  At this special summit, many world leaders have argued powerfully to fulfill the crucial purpose of the UN. We urgently need support, reform, modernization, digitalization, and revitalization. 1) What is the root cause of the world's TOP 100 High Risks, including the complex challenges, such as climate change, disinformation, deepfakes, reckless behavior, corruption, illiteracy, fraud, cybersecurity threats, and misinformation, in 2024? 2) What is the 2024 UN Summit of the Future? How to define the 2030 SDGs? António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), stated: “We can’t create a future for our grandchildren with a system built for our grandparents." In his opening address on Sept 24, 2024, the Secretary-General of the UN delivered a stern warning to world leaders: “The state of our world is unsustainable. We can’t go on like this.

"This could trigger a chain reaction resulting in a dramatic reduction of available food." We all need to adapt sustainable Food measures to combat with this situation. #FoodSafety #SustainableMeasures #FoodAvailability #FoodLoss
