Factory of the Future 🌿 It's Sustainable Tuesday in the Netherlands, the perfect opportunity to shine a light on our groundbreaking E2E concept 💡 Developed by Tummers and still evolving as we speak, the E2E concept represents a transformative approach to sustainability. By harnessing our own developed and patented technology, this concept converts emissions into energy, empowering our customers to build a production process that is not only future-proof but also sustainable and cost-efficient. Last year, we introduced two pioneering machines: the E2E SteamClosure and the E2E FlowCondensor. But this is just the beginning! We are currently developing even more innovative E2E solutions, with exciting updates expected later this year 🤩 Together, we want to take another a significant step towards creating the emissions-free factory of the future 🏭 #tummers #development #innovation #sustainability #foodmanufacturing #potatoes #foodindustry #foodprocessing #processing #foodengineering #future #factoryofthefuture

What do the chocolate surprise egg, the Rubik's Cube, a catalytic converter and an engine-independent water heater have in common? They are all celebrating their 50th birthday this year. 🎉 1974 was a year of change and innovation. We launched our first engine-independent water heater on the market in September and started producing catalytic converters. With these developments, we shaped the automotive industry. 🚘 They are still an integral part of our product portfolio to this day, although in a different form. Find out more about our journey through time and how we continue to shape the future of exhaust emission conversion for hydrogen. 👇 #Innovation #CleanMobility #SmartSolutions

Many bio-based products, such as bioplastics or recycled paperboard are often considered green products but can actually be very resource-demanding processes 🏭 Therefore, our Associate Professor Devarajan Ramanujan and Assistant Professor Rami Mansour are working on a new research project that aims to optimise circular production, reduce environmental impacts and strengthen bio-based industries in Europe ♻️ Four companies are also participating in the project: GreenLab, Fiskeby Board AB, Naturae and noriware. In addition, the project includes Fraunhofer IOSB as technical coordinator, CARTIF, Nissatech Innovation Centre, UNI, and Swiss Smart Factory. Numerous companies grow by acquiring, but we have grown organically and steadily. Here’s the approach we took. At ECMAS, we prioritise leveraging global innovations to enrich the quality and variety of our offerings. We scouted for cutting-edge technologies worldwide, carefully evaluating each one before finalising agreements for technology transfer. This process allowed us to build and strengthen our homegrown R&D capabilities, ensuring continual innovation and development. When we partnered with organisations, we looked for synergy, assessed the added value, and evaluated their product portfolio. This approach helped us grow organically and steadily acquire new technologies. In 2013, partnerships with European and Italian companies for waterproof drying systems and cement additives propelled our growth. By 2015, we had a comprehensive portfolio of advanced products, enabling us to enter new markets. Our momentum continued with Erro-tec BV, Netherlands, in 2019 for PU injections. Embracing new technologies, we expanded our R&D capabilities and built long-term relationships with technology partners to ensure sustained innovation. What does this mean for you? > Cutting-edge products: By incorporating advanced European technologies, we ensure that you receive products that are innovative, efficient, and reliable. > Improved performance: Our technology transfers result in construction chemicals that offer superior performance, enhancing the durability and quality of your projects. > Sustainable solutions: We focus on sustainable practices, providing environmentally friendly products that help you meet your green building goals. > Enhanced support: With access to global expertise, we offer improved technical support and solutions tailored to your specific needs. Embracing new technologies, we expanded our R&D capabilities and prioritised long-term relationships with technology partners to ensure sustained innovation. Our strategic technology transfers boosted market performance and expanded our reach into new territories. As we persist in nurturing these partnerships, we are relentlessly committed to developing better and sustainable products that will shape a more impactful future. How have international collaborations helped your organisation scale? #ECMAS #Innovation #Sustainability

CAM x BCI Innovation Award with FASMELT The BCI Innovation Award in honor of Sally Breidegam Miksiewicz recognizes innovations within the battery industry that align with the guidelines of sustainability, safety, cost, performance, uniqueness and value. The award was won by ENTEK International But I was surprised by the many people who flocked to our booth after the FASMELT video was broadcast. I didn't expect that many managers would be impressed by the new system of melting lead, in a way that is safe for operators, without emissions, and energy saving. Today the lead battery industry has many challenges to face, but the first is: - workers' lead intoxication - emissions - production costs How many of you have similar problems in your plant? How many complaints are there from the union about blood lead levels? Many are adopting closed masks, ok that's perfect, but the lead emissions remain. What if I told you there was THE way to produce without emissions? In addition to this, you will have annual cost savings on production. It's all true, in fact many forward-thinking professionals flocked to our booth during the Battery Council International convention. What you should do now: Receive the No Worries Report.
