I’m proud to share that our company is now officially Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited, formerly known as iCreate Limited. We have received our updated Certificate of Incorporation. This name change marks a significant milestone in our journey of growth, expansion, and diversification across various industries, reflecting who we are today and the new opportunities we are creating as a group.
Throughout our journey, we’ve lived by our slogan: “See. Believe. Achieve.” We saw the potential for growth, believed in our vision, and now, together, we are achieving it. This change signals the start of a new era for us, as we evolve into a stronger, more diversified Kintyre Holdings, ready to make an even greater impact globally.
The transformation opens greater opportunities for profitability across our subsidiaries, aligning us with our mission to deliver increased shareholder value. Next steps include updating our name on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and applying to adopt our new stock symbol: KNTYR.
