Hey Turkish Airlines, I bought a ticket from KUL - HAJ with pet carriage add on (in Cabin and Cargo hold). My issues are: 1) My seat number from IST-HAJ keep disappearing even though it has been paid for. It is a seat window. As of today, I was told that seat has been taken by someone. It is a huge bug with your booking system and I have been calling and texting your customer service back and forth and getting no solution out of it 2) I have been charged extra for the window seat. According to your website, it is supposed to be free since I have pet carriage in cabin add on. When I ask for a refund, I was told it was not refundable. It was not my fault, your system sucks. You are literally robbing your customer. and I deserve a refund for your incompetence. 3) I have paid for pet in cargo and pet in cabin ticket, they one I can see from my booking is pet in cargo. Where is the details for my pet in cargo hold? You have charge a full amount yet your customer service said it is not tagged to my booking. Again, you are robbing your customer. My issue has not been fixed. What are you going to do with it?

This is a great and inclusive approach to accommodate all types of travelers!

Excellent news to see that the lounge includes an outdoor terrace as a pet relief area (most airports lack this). The capacity of accommodating 78 animals is honestly quite shocking and dislike the option of the kennels. But the best thing is the full-time veterinary service, that is something I'd like to see in more airports. Now, we just need your airline to be 100% pet friendly, like your lounge.

Lol a pet lounge!! Be careful with your pets! If Turkish Airlines handles your pet the way they do your bags then it is bye bye pets!!! You will get a sorry you should have put a note before you left the airport that there was something wrong with them, once you leave the airport we think you are dishonest and cheats.

Great news! I recently traveled from Istanbul to Paris with my cat and I can’t thank Turkish Airlines enough for the smooth process,: from ticketing to the actual flight. I thought it would be nice to have a small area within Lounge Istanbul for out furry friends but this is definitely next level. Thank you for always providing the best service.
