🖋️ "The pen is mightier than the sword" ~ Edward Bulwer-Lytton. Not only as a form of expression but as a way to nurture the growth of a business or community. Storytelling has always been central to Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, Inuit) ways of knowing, passing down wisdom, traditions, and resilience. I once hesitated to share personal stories. However, embracing storytelling as part of a larger purpose has become an opportunity for connection and meaningful dialogue. Doing so has already started to connect more Indigenous Tech Professionals while hopefully inspiring future generations. It has also expanded our network, reaching non-Indigenous co-conspirators committed to advancing opportunities for Indigenous innovators. We're building and sharing our stories today to create pathways for future generations within the tech industry. I'm seeing now more than ever that sharing stories can bring things to light, build meaningful connections, and drive engagement, opening doors for growth and opportunity. How are you telling your and your company's story? What stories out there need to be heard? #GrowingTogether #IndigenousTech #Collaboration #Opportunity #Innovation #BusinessGrowth
