So cheap and eye-washing yet cleverly-catching diplomacy/ politics as of dishonest and cunning street fruit sellers who are used to make extra and/or undue profit by selling/disposing of all the rotten / bad fruits showing / displaying some / few good fruits to the poor, fools and/or unconscious customers and the role of cheaply hired/paid and/or pet media and/or media personnel who keep promoting and presenting the same colorfully to increase viewers as well as get favored from the beneficiaries concerned! *******So, to find the truth simply believe the opposite that are told by the super powers as of the USA and its allies of the West and the Axis powers and/or their friends of the East under camouflage of concession, grant, support, favor, etc. and most importantly in the name of establishment of so called democracy, human-rights, etc. and which are circulated by their secretly hired / engaged 'girgiti'/ ferry media personnel/activists of local, national, regional, international and /or global abundance named yellow journalists!

Islamabad and Ankara have agreed to air more popular Turkish dramas, including the blockbuster Ertugrul Gazi, in Pakistan. This decision was made during a meeting between Pakistan's Information Minister Attaullah Tarar and Turkey's Head of Communications Fahrettin Altun in Istanbul. The collaboration aims to strengthen media cooperation, promote cultural exchange, and enhance public diplomacy between the two countries. Have you heard about digital diplomacy? I had the privilege of moderating a session on 'Combating misinformation and fake news in election 2024: role of journalists, bloggers and social media influencers' during the maiden conference of the Mandela Washington Fellows Association of Ghana and left with a wealth of valuable insights. *We are all stewards of sharing positive and truthful information. The best way to do it is by fact checking. Not every thing we see online is true. *Always make sure you're sharing content from verified and trustworthy pages. *When you get the information wrong, use the same medium you used to publish the false information for a rejoinder. *Disinformation does a lot of damage which is mostly irreversible. Whatever is put online is almost impossible to totally get rid of. *Digital diplomacy, through the use of social media, is often used to enhance traditional diplomacy to manage international relations. In a sense, we're all digital diplomats. *As we get closer to election 2024, we are all responsible for publishing the truth. The panel members were Emily Fertik, Public Diplomacy Counselor at the US Embassy and Eugene Osei-Tutu, a YALI Fellow and journalist with the multimedia group. The Conference was attended by the US Ambassador to Ghana, Virginia Palmer; President of Academic City University, Prof. Fred McBagunluri; Executive Director of the YALI Regional Leadership Centre Accra, Dr. Esi Sey and a host of other dignitaries. The Forgotten Path – Civil Societies & Peace After nine months of carnage, suffering and devastation on both sides, the international community is fast losing the faith in ‘business as usual’ tools to resolve the situation. The middle east situation has now firmly penetrated the politics of the Western world, clearly demonstrated in the recent events of EU parliamentary elections. So how do we restore the Solidarity, Peace & Prosperity in the region? Where do we start? Thanks to Deutsche Welle for brining propositions and ideas to seek alternatives to the ‘business as usual’. John Lyndon (Alliance for Middle East Peace) brings the Idea of Civil Societies at the forefront, emphasising the ‘People-to-People’ diplomacy must be bought at the forefront. Thanks John. The path to rebuilding the trust, peace and prosperity in the region is going to be extremely hard and challenging, but it must be done by the Regional Actors. Externalities will only complicate the already fragile peace in the region. They can help by facilitating the peace dialogues, perseverance to limit violence, disarmament, and civic infrastructure rebuilding, But the Peace must be led, discussed, and endorsed by ME and Arab communities and people alone.   Let’s give ‘People-to-People’ diplomacy a chance, for Civility & Peace to coexist and rebuilding an Era of Peace and Prosperity for the region.

This is going to receive a lot of hype in the next few days. Take it all with a grain of salt. I have written about Erdogan's penchant for "noisy diplomacy," making broad gestures that generate headlines and interest without neccessarily doing much. This is a case in point. It'll generate headlines and excitement (or consternation, depending on who the audience is). It doesn't mean much. Erdogan wants to be center stage and wants to do so in ways that don't create immediate security risks for Turkey. This call isn't disingenuous, per se: I'm sure he'd like to host a big conference to coordinate policies. But it doesn't need to work to be useful.
