Not every client is a match for our creative agency, and that's absolutely fine! When BigCreative was first set up, I said yes to every client we spoke with... I thought, more clients = better. However, I was completely wrong. This simply led to working with clients not wanting to pay and wanting everything for nothing! As the years have gone by, I’ve realised that cherry-picking the clients we work with is the key to delivering better results and working with business owners who value our work. So remember...
