Why do some jobs advertised for a SHEQ Manager ?? do the really think you can do all 3 jobs at the same time. And why add Quality as a job a Health and Safety Manager does ?? This diluted job offer gets on my wick, and is a very poor excuse to side track Quality and fob it off to the H&S Manager to deal with? Quality is the only thing that remains after a project is completed, and companies should employ a dedicated Quality Manager or Clerk of Works to ensure that the project is build correctly and compliant, without any distractions or doing something else completely different. I might start advertising for CMPMD 3 jobs and only 1 person doing it (Construction manager, project manager & Director ) Strange but true, are any of my connections SHEQ Manager and if so how do you manage each job ?? Luckily the ACQP can train up these "Quality Managers' so they have a professional qualification behind them

>>What is Internal Audit: Internal Audit is a Mechanism which encourages to scout the Gaps and shortcomings of an activity or process and is an opportunity to enhance the Quality of the Work without compromising on safety. -The above definition is not from google nor from a text book, its my own understanding after going through a three day Internal Auditor Training Course on Integrated Management system which Involves ,Quality Management, Environmental Management and occupational safety and Health Administration, this is an eye opener for me from assuming that Audit is something that grills us on compliances & standards of working to realizing that it is a tool which helps us guide the teams in re-alignment & re-enforcement of systems & processes in a better way. Thanks for my QHSE team Ravi Kumar V & Shyam Yelamanchili of #AmaraRajaInfra to bringing this opportunity of Learning.

#Stop Work Authority (SWA) is an Occupational Safety and Health. The grants workers and contractors the authority and responsibility to halt work if they identify unsafe conditions or behaviors on a jobsite. 📍The #SWA process involves stopping work immediately upon perceiving a dangerous situation, notifying coworkers, supervisors, and relevant individuals about the stop-work action, investigating the situation with all parties involved, making necessary corrections with qualified experts’ inspection, resuming work once authorized by relevant authorities, and following up from management through investigations, improvements, or reports. ✓ YOU have stop work authority, and are expected to use it whenever you see something you believe to be unsafe. ✓ YOU are responsible for your own safety - don't do anything you believe to be unsafe. ✓ YOU have a responsibility for your co-worker's safety - don't let them do anything unsafe. ✓ YOU are responsible for reporting all safety incidents to your supervisor, including injuries or accidents you are involved in. ✓ YOU are expected to report all safety concerns to your supervisor, safety committee, or safety representative. If necessary, elevate the concerns through any other available avenues within the company. #swa #safetyfirst #besafealways #stopworkauthority

Why ToT? A pest control company needs to have many operational assistants who visit places like homes, hotels, hospitals, and industrial complexes. These assistants represent the company’s management and owner. The owner always wants them to be perfect, but it’s very difficult to achieve this, so he keeps training the staff regularly. Training of Trainers (ToT) is necessary for every company for this important reason. The job is tough and requires operators to make quick decisions to ensure success. Customers always expect more, so the assistants must use all their skills, knowledge, attitude, experience, and follow the company’s rules and regulations.
