Many employers focus on promoting employee well-being during #MentalHealthAwareness Month. However, recent surveys show they may not effectively address their employees' mental health needs throughout the year. A recent survey found that approximately 75% of employers have seen an increase in requests for accommodations related to mental health issues, but only 22% of employers have updated their policies in response to this trend.
