Great video on the reality of CRE right now. I would very much agree with this assessment that it is a mixed bag based on geographical location and asset class. There is also a reality where there are a lot of loans that will mature over the next several years where the asset value will not support the debt. As we get deeper into this cycle it will become more difficult for lenders to provide real workout programs and you will start to see the volume of transactions increase at low price points.
