“Modern man is restless”. A reminder from one of my favorite authors that resonates with me. In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to get swept up in the pursuit of the next goal. However, taking a moment to pause and reflect on the journey is essential. Reflection goes beyond looking back—it’s about acknowledging the growth, lessons, and experiences that have shaped us. It’s during these moments of contemplation that we truly grasp the distance covered, challenges conquered, and strengths gained. Looking back to my days as a Master student in 2010, navigating the intricacies of organic synthesis and making errors along the way. It marked the beginning of a journey filled with highs and lows, yet each moment was a learning experience. #GrowthMindset
