To this unveiling ceremony of our first ever strategic plan. And we're not just setting that pace by attaching these strategic plan. To a vision. But we also giving it a new body. A body that we know will thrive with time, one step at a time. The baby step, of course, number one is to congratulate you, led by chair Fred Tuna. For making a bold step, I am encouraging you as that chapter of Yell. In Kenya. Yeah, and East Africa. To make your contribution just like those ones were earlier to you made and we have started through this chapter. Tube yang Afrika didas inisiatif. And I am congratulating you. For even formalizing it so that you can have a framework in which to engage this strategic plan, as you've seen are very passionate about it. And how best is it to give back to our community? I believe. We. We receive when we give. Terms of the plan. Strategic plan, let me say at least now as an association, we will now be having a direction, direction because when you do not have a strategic plan, then or in the route can lead you to that place, which means at the end of it all, we may not get where you really want. So formalization is very dear because today, from today, henceforth, we will not be operating with a young change makers, you know which the chapter had affiliated to, but we will deal with the formula chapter. So you need to clap for the leadership. That's great legacy. As you unveil the strategic plan from 2024 to 2027, you're really laying the groundwork for what can be achieved in the coming years. And it's not just a document, it's a record of your commitment to achieving your goals. So again, congratulations. I encourage you all to engage deeply with the plan and congratulations to that whole team of people who work so tirelessly to get that plan in place. You have taken a bold challenge to launch this Alumni Association Kenya chapter and also at the strategic plan. That's a very, very broad initiative.
