When it comes to shell & tube heat exchanger design I strongly believe that the THERMOSIPHONE heat exchanger has its difficulty that others do not have because, in this type not only have you good knowledge in thermal design but also hydraulic calculation plays a crucial role in flow adjustment and of course temperature and, vapor percent that is way I always spend more time on the thermosiphon heat exchanger than other shell and tube. here is my last thermosiphon design for the LPG unit as reboiler. #HEATEXCHANGER #REFINERY #petrochemical #processengineer #mechanicalengineer #energyengineer #energysaving #energymanagement #thermalrating

COL20 double offset butterfly valve for flue gas applications. Double offset butterfly valve are widely known as high performance valves. COL20 is particularly suited for low pressure flue gas where there is no need to use ANSI 150 or PN10 rated valves, and where total tightness is required for temperatures up to 260°C. It is widely used for gas isolation, are lightweight and cost-effective while maintaining the required quality level. Typical applications include waste to energy plants, cogeneration plants, dryers, air pollution and filtration, exhaust gas cleaning systems, chemical industry, regenerative thermal oxidizers RTO.
