You know, restaurant food is great, but we do use a lot of butter, lots of cream is what make and it's what makes food taste good. And I always like, hey, you know, there's gotta be a healthier alternative out there that we can eat restaurant quality food and still maintain a healthy lifestyle. But what I wanted to do was create menus that tasted like a restaurant food and supply it to people here in Edmonton in my hometown, especially where I grew up, and I wanted to just get into that field. That's where I kind of came up with the idea of. Hey, let's start up a meal prep company. I worked for a couple of meal prep companies in the past and I found the biggest thing is people nowadays, they wanted custom. They wanted that personal touch. They wanted to feel like they had a personal chef.
