Navigating the Healthcare Hiring Maze 🧩 Finding the perfect match in healthcare isn't just about filling a vacancy; it's about understanding the intricate puzzle that each role presents. As a dedicated recruiter specialising in temporary staffing within Care Homes and Support Services across the East Coast – from Edinburgh and Lothians to Fife, Dundee, Perth – I don't just connect dots. I bridge the gap between the need for compassionate support workers and care assistants, and the aspirations of dynamic professionals eager to make a difference. My ethos? It's about placing people, not just profiles. Every care home has its unique rhythm, and each support worker, a distinct melody. Blending the two harmoniously is where the magic happens. 🌟 With my fun and personable approach, I strive to inject a dose of vibrancy into the serious business of recruitment. Employers receive a seamless service tailored to their ethos and needs, while job seekers are guided towards roles where they can truly shine. 🌈 Benefits? Think of it as striking the right balance – filling roles swiftly with the right hands and hearts, boosting continuity of care, and fostering environments where staff and residents alike can thrive. Because, at the end of the day, we're creating more than just teams; we're nurturing communities.💚 #HealthcareRecruitment #TemporaryStaffing #CaregivingCommunities

Attracting and retaining qualified personnel requires more than just signing bonuses and salary increases ! Job seekers are looking for employers whose culture and values align with their own, and who are willing to invest in their growth both personally and professionally. 🚀 Despite positive recruitment trends in some areas like healthcare, shortages persist, particularly among doctors, nurses, technicians, and behavioral health providers. 🥼 These situations lead to : 📈 increased rates of burnout, 📉 decreased quality of care. LinkedIn career pages represent a strong engagement opportunity as they highlight content and testimonials from former employees. An example with a healthcare organization that added a tab dedicated to nurses… 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗜 ? 🤖 With more than 8 million healthcare professionals in the United States on LinkedIn, leveraging the platform's AI-assisted sourcing tool, LinkedIn Recruiter, helps identify and connect with the right candidates. But beware of falling into the full-AI trap ! 🕸 A unique approach remains essential, as recruiters see a 40% increase in InMail acceptance rates when messages are personalized. #TalentAttraction #HealthcareRecruitment #EmployeeEngagement #PersonalizedRecruiting

As a recruitment consultant working with hospitals, I’ve seen the many hurdles HR managers face when it comes to hiring doctors and medical staff. Here are some challenges that might sound all too familiar: 1-Irrelevant Applications: It’s all too common to receive a flood of resumes from candidates who haven’t read the job requirements. Sorting through these can feel like a never-ending task and makes finding the right fit a real challenge. 2-Scarcity of Qualified Talent: With fewer doctors available and many pursuing their own ventures, finding qualified candidates who are willing to join your team is tougher than ever. It’s a competitive market out there! 3-Frequent Job Changes: The trend of frequent job hopping can be concerning. It raises questions about long-term commitment, making it harder to invest in candidates who might not stay around for the long haul. 4-Compensation Expectations: Candidates often compare hospital salaries with what they might earn elsewhere, overlooking the financial pressures hospitals face. This can lead to unrealistic salary demands that don’t align with your budget. 5-Work-Life Balance: Many healthcare professionals are seeking better work-life balance, which can be difficult to offer in a field with demanding schedules and irregular hours. 6-High Salary Demands: Rising salary expectations can be hard to meet due to budget constraints. Balancing these demands with what your hospital can offer is a delicate task. 7-Technological Adaptation: Keeping up with rapid technological advancements requires staff to stay current with new tools. Finding candidates who are up-to-date can be a significant challenge. 8-Finding the Right Cultural Fit: It’s not just about the right skills; candidates need to mesh well with your hospital’s culture and values. This can make the hiring process even more complex. #HealthcareRecruitment #HospitalHR #Doctors #MedicalStaff #HiringChallenges #HealthcareJobs #TalentAcquisition #WorkLifeBalance #futureofwork

#HealthcareRecruiting #CareerChange #RemoteJobs Hey there! 👋 So I've got a bit of a situation I'm hoping to get some advice on. I’m considering a job as a healthcare recruiter, but here's the catch: I have zero experience in recruiting and no background in healthcare! It sounds like an incredible opportunity, but I’m feeling a mix of excitement and skepticism. 😅 I have a personal connection with the owner of the agency, and I really trust them. They focus on recruiting physicians and higher-level nursing positions across the country. Here’s the deal: the position is commission-based (1099) and totally remote. The owner shared a success story about their first hire who had no recruiting experience but was a nurse overseas. It took them about four months to make their first paycheck, but then they pulled in a whopping $40k in one month and ended up over $200k in their first year! 🤯 Since then, they’ve hired others without any recruiting or healthcare background, and many were making ...
