He took everything and included in the word grit and it was the very first time this word was in my vocabulary now. So I immediately took out my iPhone and made a note in it because from what I understood was it encapsulated the essence of what we need to thrive in our careers. I went home and googled "𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧" The term has multiple meanings, but in the context of personal qualities and psychology, it refers to a combination of perseverance and passion for long-term goals.
