Following the recent findings from the Bevan Report where the Institute for Employment Studies and Working With Cancer researched how employees with cancer are supported in the workplace, Dr Zofia Bajorek (IES) has written a new blog to summarise what the survey revealed. With 1 in 2 of us likely to have a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime, this is something that will affect all of us in some way and for those who are employed, having supportive policies, systems and guidance in places is crucial.
