Our annual State of Skills-Based Hiring report launches on June 4th! At TestGorilla, we surveyed 2,119 employers and employees from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Latin America, Spain, Germany, and France. Our goal? To uncover the true impact of skills-based hiring. What We Found 👀 81% of employers are using skills-based hiring. 98% say it’s more effective than resumes. 90% of candidates believe it’s their route to a dream job. Multi-measure testing yields the best hiring results. Skills assessments before resumes lead to happier hires. Skills-based hiring is evolving, but there’s still much to learn.
