I think that the secret to the success, I think is just the, the relationship you build with the customer. And in my mind, my customer first and foremost, it's not a realtor partner, it's not the title agents, it's not the listing agent, it is my borrower. And so I'm very focused on taking care of the borrower. And really from the very beginning of the the process through the end, my goal is to, you know, I'll ask them, I mean, first phone call, I'll say, hey, by the way, I'm going to take great care of you. You're going have a great experience. And I want you to refer me to all your friends and then calling first phone call. Absolutely. I'll ask for referrals on the 1st phone call. Then, then when they're under contract, hey, by the way, refer your friends to me when the appraisal comes in, I talked to him again, refer your friends like literally every time I talk to him. And then it's, it's easy. Like it's, it's, you got to hear something 7 times before you believe it, right? And so by the end of the process, they've heard it 7 times that they should tell their friends to call me. And so that's, that's how my business. Approach.
