The #16DaysOfActivism is a global yearly campaign to end violence against women. It runs from Nov 25th to Dec 10th. The campaign's goals include:  1. Calling for action to prevent violence against women and girls  2. Holding perpetrators accountable  3. Investing in solutions to protect women and girls  4. Violence against women, whether physical, emotional, or systemic, does not discriminate—yet trans women, women of color, and marginalized communities are too often erased from this conversation. Today, I stand in solidarity with every woman who has ever been silenced, dehumanized, or harmed. Ending violence against women is not just a call to action—it is a demand for dignity, respect, and safety for all women, regardless of gender identity, race, or status. It’s a fight for a world where our voices are heard, our lives are valued, and our truths are acknowledged. Together, we must confront the systems that perpetuate violence and work toward healing, justice, and transformative change. Every act of advocacy, every story shared, and every hand extended in solidarity makes a difference. We cannot rest until every woman, including trans women, can live without fear, in power, and with love. Today, I call on you to see us, to believe us, and to join us. Together, we can end violence against women in all its forms and create a future where no woman has to live in fear.

Our message for the new year is to put an end to the silence against violence. We know that we can't eliminate violence against women completely. But we believe that we can definitely bring the silence against all forms of violence down to zero. Also, in the new year, we will focus on educating for perpetrators. We know that with men's participation in stopping violence, we will see a significant change in the violence against women. #stop_violence_against_women
