Throughout my university journey, I experimented with different types of coffee to stay awake. ☕ We all know that feeling, right? The problem was, coffee always made me feel more anxious. 😟 Yet, I kept drinking it mostly for the taste, or if I’m being honest, for the addiction to caffeine. But here’s the thing: when you’re ill, your body needs more nutrients and rest, and coffee isn’t the best choice. 🛌 Instead, try these healthier alternatives: 🌻 Chamomile tea (loose leaves are higher quality and more effective). 🍵Green tea with a drizzle of honey and a slice of fresh ginger. 🍋 Fresh juices made with lemon or lime packed with Vitamin C to boost your immune system. These simple swaps can do wonders to help you feel better, calm your nerves, and support your, recovery. 🧡 Remember, sometimes it’s about choosing what your body needs over what it craves. ✨ #unaeontips #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCareTips #mindfulness #WellnessJourney

I am not a big fan of anything coffee related 😅 but I enjoy drinking tea 🍵🙂↕️
I used to hate tea so much!! But recently I cannot get enough of it, and idk why but specifically decaf really tea, it has a hold on me 🤷♀️
Have to find a way to convince myself to replace caffeine with green tea ☕
I don’t like tea, addicted to ice coffee!
I want to bring characters to life. Animation is a big part of my life and I believe its a way to bring people together. Taking good care of yourself is the first big step to a brighter future.
4wPersonally I can only drink coffee in the morning because if u drink it at any other time of the day it makes me sleepy 🥹, but tea is pretty good, especially chamomile and dark fruit teas, they are very nice 😌
