A few months ago, at the height of the war, an idea was born to support the recovery efforts of communities in the Western Negev by integrating innovation and technology into construction and infrastructure. This initiative, driven by the strategic collaboration between the German government and Israeli society, required a wide range of partners to dream and act together to bring pilots to life, connecting communities with entrepreneurs.
