It keeps us aligned, ensuring that every team member is working towards the same goals. Even when the path isn't easy, our mission reminds us why we started and what we aim to achieve. It was a great opportunity to partner and participate in the MSME Conclave organized by CII Western Region. Such platforms are invaluable enablers for MSMEs to understand what's required for their businesses across key areas like finances, markets, technology, operations, people and much more. Our Director, Chinmay B. participated in a panel discussion on "Transforming MSMEs: Strategies for Growth and Expansion." He shared his transformative journey—from relying on 4-5 customers to now reaching 40+ countries worldwide. He spoke about:  ✔️ Tackling challenges and the importance of visionary management. ✔️ Delivering high-quality products to build trust and growth. ✔️ Understanding markets, especially for exports and international customers, while respecting cultural differences and local sensibilities. ✔️ Internally preparing organizations by building strong teams, growing people, and aligning systems and technology for backend efficiency.
