Have you ever been to a restaurant that had Italian and Chinese and Indian food on the menu? Was it as amazing as a restaurant that had one authentic cuisine made by people from that country? Of course not! Lots of companies try to cover so many products that they end up being mediocre, instead of perfecting their skill in one area. Once you've perfected and streamlined that area, you could have the capacity to branch out successfully, with new concentrated excellence.
