#impactinvesting #womenempoweringwomen Me, like many women, possess natural strengths for investing. These strengths include thorough research, diversification, long-term focus, and minimizing trading fees. However, despite these inherent abilities, many women haven't reached their full potential when it comes to investing and building their savings. The question is, how can we empower women to invest with confidence? Can we achieve this by connecting their investments to their core values and goals, rather than simply chasing higher returns or beating the market? What are your ideas for crafting an investment approach that is both financially sound and personally meaningful? #womenandmoney #investingforwomen #financialliteracy #financialgoals #smartinvesting #longterminvesting #sustainableinvesting #ethicalinvesting #purposefulinvesting #confidencecoach #financialfreedom #closingthegap #investingcommunity

For decades, women were sidelined in the investing world, but that's changing fast. With the Great Wealth Transfer underway, women are set to inherit a massive amount of wealth—including real estate—and we’re ready to take control. Women have always been great at managing risk and making strategic, long-term decisions. Now, we’re using that skill to lead in real estate, from buying rental properties to creating women-led investment funds and even reshaping the future of housing. At Selene Brighthouse we're bringing together a community of bold, barrier-breaking women investors. The next decade is ours. Women will not only be entering the real estate game at higher number than the past — we’ll be changing it. Do you think women are the future of investing? Let’s discuss how women are changing the game! Drop your thoughts below. #womeninvestinginrealestate #womeninvestors #thegreatwealthtransfer Caytie Langford Lauri Kibby Kimberly Hoyt Cameron Hastings

Sounds likes a good topic Maria, how women are good at wealth building. I recently wrote an op-ed for The AFR on how I identified Nvidia as a stock to back in 2022 (and I bought in) when many professional male investors were saying it was overpriced at $200. Well, it's nearly $1000 now and I feel like saying I told you so to many of my male stock pickers (or not)! I also sold out my entire share portfolio before the GFC in May-June 2008, before the Oct 2008 crash, while most active (male) managers were still hanging on tight to their shares only to incur serious losses for super and retail investors!!! I now invest shares for my kids, and they have reaped the gains in Nvidia, ASML and AMD, as well as the other Big 7. Women make prudent investors, perhaps more so than men, but with an equal eye to opportunities.
Grateful for the opportunity to discuss the latest research paper from JBWere on the Growth of Women and Wealth with ausbiz. It’s crucial that we continue to shine a light on this topic to empower women with their wealth.
