Join Lab 10 - Implementing Just Coal Transition in East Kalimantan, Indonesia (Host: Climate Action Network Southeast Asia (CANSEA)) at #JustTransitionForumAsia2024 📅  Friday Sep 6, 2024 | 02:00 - 03:20 PM (GMT+7) The lab will take you to an active coal mining region in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, and explore the progress of implementing just energy transition under “Innovation Regions for a Just Energy Transition” project funded by The International Climate Initiative (IKI). Members of the consortium will highlight key outcomes of their engagement to date on the ground since 2023 with different stakeholders including: government agencies at the provincial and local levels, coal mine owners, labour unions and communities, especially women.
