Additionally drawing on the expertise of Sarah Kim this year, the Circular Electronics track has evolved into a must attend for anyone engaged in any part of the electronics value chain. Before the crowds arrive at the first day of glasstec – International Trade Fair … Checking out the interesting things in Hall 13 😀 Here is the largest centre distance ISX machine available in the world, I believe. (Tell me if I’m wrong.) Here it is configured in TG for 6 1/4” production meaning wine and spirits production up to around 1.5 L in size is possible! That’s a 50% increase in productivity for such production. Also it can run DG up to 80mm diameter ware meaning what is normally made on SG can be made DG giving a 100% increase in productivity over a “standard” type IS machine capability. This T&T “ISX Machine” will be delivered to Glass Futures after the show ready for when they have glass to run down their glass container line. Glass Futures are open to making any production size which is fine for this machine as it can be configured for any size of glass container normally produced on any IS Machine, from smallest to largest. Smaller ware up to normal quad production gob size (95mm centres) can be run in penta gob (5 gobs) giving 25% increase in productivity (Rejectors for 5 gobs configured as standard on the machine ready to go!) Leaving this stand of T&T now to see other interesting developments. KONATIC are the next on my list to visit before the crowds arrive 😉😀.
