Thanksgiving Eve, also known as Blackout Wednesday, is right around the corner. Last year, Green Tea shots surged in popularity, capturing 23% of cocktail sales for the night—up from 15% of sales across all of 2023. Meanwhile, the fan favorite Margarita took a backseat, dropping from 20% of sales to just 14% on the most popular drinking Wednesday of the year. Venues in Texas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania are leading the charge, fueling the shot’s rise to the top. Are Green Tea shots here to stay, or will another cocktail steal the spotlight this year? Giving up dessert is NOT required to achieve a full body transformation! ⬇️ In fact, treating yourself from time to time is one of the BEST ways to stay on track. When you do, I recommend: ✅Enjoying in moderation ✅Being present with your food (i.e. putting your phone away) ✅And baking your own treats if you have the time! The simple swaps above can make your treats easier to digest and leave you feeling less sluggish. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with a little sugar, butter, and heavy cream in moderation if they agree with your body! Have you ever tried baking with these? How did you like them? P.S. Black Friday deals are going to be crazy, stay tuned! 🔥

It is Red Cup Day. I like how Starbucks helps us with a holiday timeline - as if to say.... OK folks - Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and the December holidays will be here in NO time. I also like joy - don't you? They give out cups to celebrate the start of the holiday season AND what I appreciate most is that you can reuse your cup next time you're at a store and get both "stars" and 10 cents off a purchase through the holidays because they are also working to reduce waste by 50% by 2030. So it's not just a red cup. What's your red cup? Great marketing win, good for us loyal customers, and good for the environment. It is a triple win. I don't aways rave about my long time coffee provider but today I do. Some said there were long lines, but not that I saw. #marketingwin #whenretailworks

It's that magical time of year when everyone suddenly develops a passion for leprechauns, shamrocks, and questionable green beverages! St. Patrick's Day is like Christmas, but instead of goodwill and cheer, we have an excuse to push all things green and jig-worthy. ✅ Got green food coloring? Check. ✅ Stocked up on cheap beer? Double check. ✅ Overpriced novelty hats? Triple check. So, let's raise a glass (preferably filled with something that resembles a radioactive swamp) to St. Patrick's Day: the one day a year when it's socially acceptable to appropriate a culture while wearing a green tutu and singing 'Danny Boy' off-key. #socialmedia #socialmediamarketing #socialmediaexpert #socialmediatipsandtricks #loveyourworkwedo #loveyourworkinglife
