It’s hard to believe it is only a month since we welcomed Terry to the team. He already seems like he was always meant to be here! It’s even harder to believe that we are now a team of 7! The last 6 years has flown by but as I reflected with Dave last night, it’s been a lot of very hard work too. It never felt like a e we’re growing fast but before you know it, there’s not a month in memory where you’ve not been planning or implementing or figuring something out. One of the best things about welcoming a new employee is the change in dynamic. I took all of the site team for a beer yesterday afternoon to talk through recent method changes, tricky jobs and get their feedback too.
