🇸🇬 Happy National Day, Singapore! A nation renowned for its knowledge-driven, resilient, and forward-looking spirit. Wishing all my Singaporean friends and colleagues continued success and prosperity. In the West, we can certainly admire—and perhaps envy—how you consistently turn dreams into reality. Singapore is the prime example of science-based country and the justification why other small nations should not stop dreaming.
Happy National Day, Singapore! This year, we proudly celebrate 59 years of independence. As we reflect on our nation's journey and achievements, let us continue working towards a better tomorrow together, as one united people!

Someone noted: "the authors nowhere to be found" We are in 2 continents. Problem is, the "3C" book warned the world about the fragil future of Supply Chains peril since 1999, BUT, while widely implemented in Asian Countries, the West took plain notice of the 3C theory, but did nothing. With time, big businesses & the powerful APICS organization promoted "innovated" COMPUTER SOFTWARE based expensive solutions activities that were supposed to make the Supply Issue more "RECILIENT," A new busword was born. As our book discussed, ERP with the then&now ancient MRP @ the heart of ERP had many detrimental deficiencies. Now the situation is much worst. Covid demonstrated & confirmed the urgent statements that we wrote. 3C IS ALL PHYSICAL. It does move materials, goods & actions automatically, reacting solely on motored human physical self controlled phisical messaging of CONSUMPTION. 《3C - Capacity Commonality & Consumption》 1999 Saint Lucie Press. Thank you for reading. May you all be blessed.
NOW, Very dificult to find & get in America.

#kopitalk on Taking Action One of my reflections on this auspicious day is we must initiate to take actions. I used to overthink, and over deliberate. While it may not be bad, because my deliberation mainly focuses on risks mitigation. But overdoing it frequently led me into procrastination. I learned to balance risks mitigation and taking actions. I moved forward by taking actions, then navigating the risks as they came along. In that process, I realized most risks are just my own perception, then actual threats. As they unfold themselves, they are actually disguised opportunities, especially when you take them on by the horn. If I didn't take action a year ago, I would not be running a young training and consultancy firm today. Perhaps I would still be deliberating. Happy Malaysia Day! The tower lift system is exciting and challenging. The arrangement of the tower, hook system, and strand jack is custom-made for every project. Designing the tower is one thing; erecting the tower in a congested area is another challenge. This is where you apply all your knowledge of heavy lifting, transport, welding, surveying, scaffolding, and many other disciplines in one go.

Across many places in East and Southeast Asia such as Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and various cities in mainland China like Guangzhou and Hangzhou, June 10 marks the much-anticipated Tuen Ng or Dragon Boat Festival, a vibrant celebration rooted in tradition and teamwork. Originating over 2,000 years ago in China, this festival is said to commemorate the life and death of the poet and minister Qu Yuan, who drowned himself in protest against corruption. Communities come together to race dragon boats, a practice that symbolizes unity, strength, and the communal spirit. The synchronized paddling of the dragon boat teams highlights the importance of coordination and collaboration, values deeply embedded in the culture and philosophy of the festival. The principles celebrated during the Dragon Boat Festival are remarkably applicable to the world of business. Much like the rowing teams that must work in perfect harmony to propel their boats forward, successful businesses rely on the cohesive effort of their teams to achieve their goals. This festival serves as a powerful reminder that in both rowing and business, individual strengths must be aligned towards a common objective to achieve optimal results. As we celebrate Tuen Ng, let's draw inspiration from its lessons on the power of teamwork, the importance of strategic alignment, and the impact of collective effort in driving success. #AsiainOlin #eaSTL
