Great looking team, dressed for the occasion at the Florida Restaurant Show! No fancy booth or prime spot, small area and it was our best trade show in years. Why was it our best? First, the demand gen team executed pre-show. Kudos to Irina Jordan for driving awareness to attendees. How did we measure success? Certainly not on vanity metrics like badge scans, leads, or amount of swag given away, the team measured success based on qualified created opportunities, meetings booked on the calendar for demos. 18 booked demos over the next 7 days, which added $225k to pipeline, 10 day sales cycle, 40%-50% expected close rate, fully loaded $9k investment. You can do the math from here. This is how it’s done, this group made a decision to execute. Profitable-Efficient Growth at its finest. Well done! Great special, but no one shows up? Here's why that happens! 🍔 Imagine hosting a free food event, but nobody knows about it. The problem? Most restaurants only promote inside the business—table tents, posters, or casual mentions. But if your goal is new customers, you need to focus outside the restaurant! Target those who haven't yet walked through your doors. Double tap if you agree, and tag a fellow restaurant owner who needs this reminder! Want to learn more?
