We did devise a pathway that for the rare individual who really wants to train fully in both allergy immunology and rheumatology to be able to meet all requirements to sit for both sets of boards. After three years of intensive training, we're aware of one other program that exists formally that I think has gone relatively quiet recently. There are some places in which you can get. The combined training, but the training times are additive. Now that is a very unique program where as opposed to doing 2 years of an allergy immunology fellowship and two years of adult rheumatology, you're able to combine those aspects of fellowship training and short track and be eligible for board certification in three years as opposed to four years. Give me an opportunity to go into rheumatology as a specialty as well as allergy immunology and I'm able to practice in both of these sub specialties, which I really enjoy. The important thing is that our division has its set. It already knows how to do these things. It's able to go through the bureaucratic hurdles in order to make sure that you get the best experience through your dual certification pathway. Those who are interested in this pathway should look at the requirements on our website. You still apply. Or rheumatology fellowship, but you make that clear ahead of time that this, this is what you're hoping to pursue.
