AN IDEA IS NOTHING IF IT ISN’T EXECUTED! An Idea or A Dream, is the first step towards success. I believe we all have a dream or a goal living in our head waiting for the magical time to arrive. We know the starting point and the destination but most people keep their ideas to themselves because they do not know the road map to the destination. How can you “start” your start-up? What are the essentials? An Idea needs to be shared with like-minded people. Right people will craft a strategy to achieve the goals. A single person cannot turn things around on their own because a person cannot possess all the skills. They need specific people to perform specific tasks. A person who can handle the manufacturing, a person for website, a person for social media, a person for marketing, a person who can “talk” this vision into people’s heads, a person who can answer the audience etc. The biggest problem with start-ups is lack of motivation in the long run and a lack of consistency. This issue can be resolved if they have a team of people who are equally passionate about it. If you wake up one day and feel pessimistic, and then you see your team member giving their 100% for the idea, You will automatically get all the needed motivation and start working!
