Let's face it, stagnant career growth is a major problem in many companies. Why do most companies not have a career path for their employees? It’s disheartening to see performing employees stuck in one position for years, with no prospects of promotion. While some may not mind this setup, it's inevitable that driven employees will eventually get bored and seek opportunities elsewhere. It's high time for companies to do better. Employees can't wait for someone to retire before getting a promotion, and even then, there are often many others in line for that coveted position.
